Send us the symptom and the city, and the car goes to the nearest bay with a free lift. One request covers booking, rescheduling, and cancellation at every workshop in the network. The diagnostic fee is quoted before the car goes up and is credited against the repair at the same location.

Book a slot
Give us the make, model, and what the car is doing. Choose a location or let dispatch pick the shortest wait. You get a slot number, a bay count, and the name of the mechanic who will take the car.

Move a slot
Reschedule free of charge up to four hours before the start time by replying to your confirmation with the new date, or by calling the shop directly.

Cancel a slot
Cancel at no cost while the car is still in the queue. If the lift is already booked and parts are ordered, the advisor tells you what can be returned before work starts.
