1. Acceptance
By using grepform.com (the "Site"), an informational landing page for an auto repair network in Ukraine, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Site.

3. Use, estimates and dispatch
Use the Site lawfully and do not misuse dispatch, estimate or location features. Estimates, service descriptions and location data are informational. A binding repair contract arises only when a workshop confirms scope, price and appointment in writing. Dispatch requests go to the nearest available partner workshop; response times are indicative, not guaranteed.
4. Consumer rights and complaints
Distance contracts fall under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection" dated 10.06.2023. You may file complaints with the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba).
5. Personal data and cookies
We process personal data and use identifying cookies only with a lawful basis, typically your consent, under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI "On Personal Data Protection" dated 01.06.2010. See our Privacy and Cookie Policies.
6. Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by Ukrainian law, grepform.com is not liable for indirect losses from use of the Site, reliance on estimates, or inaccurate third-party location data. These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law.
